Because all of our products are custom-printed just for you, our store doesn’t accept returns. Instead, we’ll replace defective items or incorrect orders sent to you. Just send us a photo showing the specific problem with the product and include your order number.
Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Orders
Islander will replace defective items or incorrect orders. To request a replacement, follow these steps:
- Take a Photo: Capture an image that clearly shows the specific problem with the product.
- Include Your Order Number: Ensure you include your order number in your communication.
- Contact Customer Support: Send the photo and order number to our Customer Support team at supportcrew@saltyislandco.com.
Returning a Gift
If you received a gift and need a replacement, please follow the same process above. We'll provide a gift card or an exchange for the returned item.
Damaged Items
We accept returns for damaged items either online or within 30 days of receiving your order.
Mailing Your Return
If a replacement has been authorized, please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box. Apply the return label provided or address the box to:

Send your package via the shipping service of your choice. Keep the tracking number provided by the shipping service and track it via their website. Return shipping charges must be paid by the sender. Islander does not accept packages sent as Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.).
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process your replacement.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item by mail and contact our Customer Service team at supportcrew@SaltyIslandco.com. We will place a new order for you at the original purchase price.
Refunds for Gift Card Purchases
If your original order was paid with a gift card or e-gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card or e-gift card. If you no longer have this gift card, please contact our Customer Support department at supportcrew@SaltyIslandco.com.
